Instructions:
- Prepare a pan: Line a square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt the base: In a microwave-safe bowl (or double boiler), combine the white chocolate chips and butter. Heat gently, stirring often, until smooth and fully melted.
