Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add cold water gradually until dough forms. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
