Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) package smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini work great)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can green beans, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine everything: In the baking dish, add sliced kielbasa, uncooked pasta, soups, broth, corn, green beans, cheese, and seasonings. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Cover and bake: Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  4. Uncover and top: Remove foil, sprinkle with extra cheese, and bake for another 5–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy the easiest, most comforting casserole ever!

Tip: You can swap in peas, carrots, or bell peppers for the veggies if you want to mix it up.
