- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta

- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.
Step 3: Make the Spicy Cajun Alfredo
- In another pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
- Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until coated, using reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Step 4: Serve & Garnish
- Plate the Cajun Alfredo pasta.
- Top with garlic butter steak bites.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
Tips & Variations
- Swap sirloin with ribeye for an even richer flavor.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the pasta for extra texture.
