Cinnamon Sweet Bread
Soft, moist, and bursting with cinnamon sugar swirls, this Cinnamon Sweet Bread is a cozy classic you’ll want to bake again and again. Perfect with a morning coffee or as an after-dinner treat!
Ingredients:

Cinnamon Swirl:

Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan. - Prepare the cinnamon swirl:
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. - Make the batter:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract. - Combine dry and wet ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until smooth. - Layer the batter:
Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the top.
Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Use a knife to swirl through the batter for a marbled effect. - Bake:
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Cool and serve:
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature. 
Optional Glaze:
Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1–2 tablespoons milk, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Drizzle over cooled bread for a sweet finishing touch.
