Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • Optional: melted chocolate for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix base: In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add sugar & coconut: Gradually add powdered sugar and shredded coconut, stirring until the mixture forms a thick dough-like consistency.
