Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cornstarch
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Paprika (smoked if possible)
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Seasoning
    • In a small bowl, combine all the spices and mix until well blended.
  2. Prepare the Steak
    • Pat your steak dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Season Generously
